"R" breakfast n routine...must do next sem....

start our morning wif:
1 'roti canai' wif 'kuah dal'> small amount of carbohydrate + protein.
+
1 cup of coffee to make our brain fresh> caffeine to make us awake.
thats all, just need to practice it in the early of the morning b4 get into the class
(yg ni nak pastikan student bertenaga utk menghadapi hari2 dvm4 yg mencabar)

but, if u wake up to late in the morning and don't have much time to get the breakfast,
just run towards faculty to get some little exercise.fresh giler otak ko pas jogging 2..(4 sure x sempat nak tunggu bas klu da lmbt, berlari je la klu xnak kene bar dr amik final-fac kan sebelah kolej)
